Qualifications:
Master's in Management Science specialising in Public Administration (2019) and a BTech in Child and Youth Development (2015) both from Durban University of Technology. She completed the Mentor Training Program on Community-Based Participatory Research at the University of Victoria and Community Based Service-Learning Programme at Rhodes University.  

Mrs Reddy assumed the role of Financial Administrator at Community Engagement in January 2023, leveraging her extensive experience cultivated during her successful 8-year tenure at Durban University of Technology.  

Mrs. Reddy's research focused on Community Engagement, volunteerism, and student volunteer training underscores her commitment to fostering active participation and making a positive impact within communities. She has slso served as a coordinator and lecturer for General Education modules, a research assistant and research project coordinator, and a conference coordinator.
